Kicking off a new home. Once we have the roof deck and outdoor grill it will be a amazing view to go along with a very hip house.
Breaking Ground
We are breaking ground on a new project simply described as fun. City views, roof decks, a pool, and no reason to leave the house.
Box window
Custom steel site glazed window to modernize our remodel. A 18′ long window acts as the back splash for this kitchen. What a great space to entertain or be entertained.
Roadrunner stone
Starting to take shape with the exterior materials going
in on Roadrunner. Next week we install the 10′ pieces
of glass for the entry.
Houzz
Giles condos get more publicity on Houzz. This was a really fun project to work on. It was a great example of what we can build on a modest budget.

Abode gets Five Star rating from Austin Energy
We have just received a Five Star rating from Austin Energy for the project on Mount Larson Road! A very difficult feat for the size of the house. We are very excited!
